Upon signing up for website maintenance plans, respond to the welcome email with login credentials.

Use the self-destructing link provided in the onboarding email for secure sharing of your username and password.

What’s not included in unlimited edits:

• Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.)
• Updating custom code, any software or tools outside of WordPress.
• Graphic design, building full pages to match an exact design.
• Creation of content, rebuilding or building out a website or subdomain.

Examples:

Included: Formatting of blog content and images provided by the client.

Not Included: Creating a blog post, finding images and uploading to WordPress without formatting instructions.

Included: Adding a new product to a WooCommerce store with all necessary content provided.

Not Included: Creating a custom checkout process for a WooCommerce store.

Included: Installing and setting up a plugin for its built-in functionality.

Not Included: Creating new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin (may be available at an hourly development rate).

Included: Replacing the content on an About page with text provided by the client.

Yes, we specialize in managing WooCommerce websites. Our Perform Plan is required for websites with complex features such as membership sites, multi-language sites, and sites with on-site payments to ensure we have the necessary resources to keep your website secure, fast and running optimally.

No, our services are compatible with any website hosting provider.

The hosting provider you use does not affect our ability to work with your website. We are compatible with all hosting providers.

We recognize that each website has unique requirements and budget considerations. However, shared hosting providers may not allow us to fully achieve your desired level of speed and security. If you’re interested in upgrading, we have a comprehensive list of recommended and trusted hosting partners.

Yes, we can handle website maintenance for multiple sites, whether it’s one or ten.

Each of our care plans is for one single site, domain, subdomain, or WordPress installation. If you have multiple subdomains, they will still be counted as separate sites. So, if you have three websites that need maintenance, you’ll need to purchase three plans, one for each site.

You can choose different plans for each website based on their unique needs.
